1. Free Trial

AnatomyAI offers 3 free topics before requiring a subscription. We strongly encourage you to explore the platform fully during your free trial to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing. No payment or credit card is required for the free trial.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment
Technical Issues: If AnatomyAI is completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
Unauthorised Charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately

3. Non-Refundable Situations

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Requests made more than 7 days after the initial charge
Renewals — once a monthly renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable
If you have used the platform extensively during the billing period
If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
Change of mind after the 7-day refund window has passed
Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date

4. How to Request a Refund

Provide the email address used for your subscription, the date of charge, and the reason for your refund request

We review your request

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond via email

Refund processed

If approved, refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@anatomyai.io. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to AnatomyAI until the end of your current paid period.

6. Subscription Trials with Paid Trial Period

AnatomyAI offers a $5 first month introductory price. This is a paid trial — the $5 charge is non-refundable after 7 days, as it is a reduced price specifically designed to let you evaluate the full platform at minimal cost.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks that are not the result of genuine fraud may result in the permanent suspension of your account. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

AnatomyAI reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of AnatomyAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
