When you type a custom anatomy question or generate AI quiz questions, your query is sent to the Anthropic Claude API. We do not store these queries on our own servers. However, Anthropic may retain queries according to their own data retention policies. Please do not include personal health information in your queries.
We retain your email address and subscription records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
